from different industrial fields that perform best practices.
The common denominator among them is the effort each one of them
has made to prevent the problem of climate change. We present

Acindar is a steel manufacturing company from Argentina that introduced
a series of environmental actions and improvements focused on
eco-efficiency and rational energy use, as a result they have
been able to minimize their emissions of GHGs. Best

ARI is an Argentinean Metallurgical Establishment dedicated
to finishing metallic surfaces. Worried about the high levels
of pollution by chromium and cyanide generated during their
process, together with the Business Chamber for Metal Surfaces
Treatment, they created a program focused on the prevention
of pollution and on clean production. The results obtained were
so good that this Program has been adopted by many of the Argentinean

Grupo Apasco is a Mexican company engaged in the production and marketing of
cement, premixed concrete, aggregates and other products and
services for the construction industry. By following their environmental
policy, they have been able to decrease their energy consumption
by 20% and their CO2 emissions by 6% per ton of cement
