returns to present another publication: Global Climate
Change – The Basis for Business Strategy and Practice in Latin
America.
The
first part presents a revised business position that will able
to contribute to a process of bringing together and reconciling
all the different international players around the theme of
common and yet diversified responsibilities.
In this publication, the need to create
proper institutions to enable productive involvement by all
countries within the process that have come out of Kyoto is
recognized.
The
second part of the publication presents a collection of climate
change cases that are a direct result of the commitment adopted
in 1998. It is a proof of the commitment by the private sector
in Latin America, and shows the specific results of the effort
of companies on the mitigation projects.
